Welcome to Connemara!
Having started Clifden Bike Shop in February 2013 we have grown with the times and continue to provide a quality service with our range of hybrid, road and electric Trek bikes.
We also run All Things Connemara a Local craft and artisan produce shop with over 135 suppliers and What’s On Connemara a vistor’s guide packed with local information of ‘What’s On’ and ‘What to do’ in the area.
Jonathan Powell
Owners
Jonathan originally from London in the UK has been in the service industry since he was 18 years old. He moved to Ireland in 2009, following his heart and new beginnings and moved to Clifden with Amanda, together they set up All Things Connemara and Clifden Bike Shop in 2013. Jonathan has extensively explored the Connemara area and loves getting out into nature with his two daughters and Amanda, exploring beautiful beaches, mountains and culture.
Amanda Burke
Owners
Born and raised in Connemara, Amanda spent some time in the UK and USA and has travelled a lot but home is where the heart is. Amanda loves exploring Connemara and says there is something new to see on every adventure. Together with Jonathan partner in business and life they have two beautiful daughters Abby and Emma who keep them busy. Family, Hiking, Cycling and the Connemara landscape is her passion and she enjoys socialising with friend and family.
