About us

About us

Established in February 2013, Clifden Bike Shop has evolved alongside the changing times, steadfast in our commitment to delivering top-notch service. Specialising in a range of hybrid, road, and electric Trek bikes, we pride ourselves on providing quality experiences.

The genesis of this venture traces back to Jonathan and Amanda, who crossed paths in the early 2000s. Jonathan’s relocation to Amanda’s West of Ireland locale catalysed their journey into entrepreneurship. Drawing from their backgrounds in hospitality, they launched their distinct enterprises—All Things Connemara and Bike Electric Connemara—which later merged to form Clifden Bike Shop. Complementing their offerings, They also publish What’s On Connemara, a comprehensive visitor’s guide brimming with local insights on events and activities in the area.

Connemara is Amanda and Jonathan’s playground and they are very enthusiastic about sharing it with you.
